After dealing with horrible service from other HVAC companies that were assigned to fix our issue through the American Home Shield warranty it was a breath of fresh air to be able to work with Velocity Mechanical LLC.
They were extremely polite, professional, and on top of communication with me, their client. Other companies we dealt with didn’t even have the common courtesy to return phone calls. Velocity Mechanical LLC was able to get out to fix our AC unit very quickly, even in the middle of the hot Summer.
